Erin Belfort is a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist practicing in Portland, Maine. She is a Mainer and after going ‘away’ for her medical school in Vermont and then residency and fellowship in Boston, she was thrilled to return to her home state to pursue her career and to raise her two children (and boxer dog!) alongside her husband. She is a dedicated medical educator and clinician. She spent more than a decade working in a multi-disciplinary gender clinic and cares deeply about supporting children and adolescents to be their authentic selves. She has particular expertise in the impacts of social media on youth and in family therapy training and practice.
