You agree that YTP’s remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of these Terms of Use would be inadequate and that YTP shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that YTP may be legally entitled to recover, together with reasonable expenses of any form of dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees.
No right or remedy of YTP shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including, without limitation, damages, injunctive relief, attorneys’ fees and expenses. No instance of waiver by YTP of its rights or remedies under these Terms of Use shall imply any obligation to grant any future waiver.


These Terms of Use and other referenced material are the entire agreement between you and the YTP with respect to the Website, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and YTP with respect to the Website. At YTP’s sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or use of the Website, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying the law of the State of Maine.
