David brings over a decade of experience supporting mission-driven organizations through grant writing, program development, and research. His work has focused on promoting wellbeing among young people and communities facing adversity, with particular attention to culturally responsive, community-based approaches. He holds a master’s degree in education and is the author of Pedagogy forRestoration, a book that explores how education rooted in hope can address social and ecological injustice. Outside of his professional life, David enjoys spending time outdoors and is an avid wildlife photographer.
