Shreya Shrestha is a professional with a background in finance and international business. She holds a BBA in International Business and a Master’s in Finance. She currently works as an Accounting Associate, where she combines financial analysis, accounting, and business operations.
Growing up in a society where the words mental health were rarely part of the conversation, Shreya witnessed family members struggle with mental health challenges that were often described in other ways or left unaddressed. Those experiences shaped her understanding of how important awareness, open conversations, and advocacy are in breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.
As Treasurer of the Yellow Tulip Project, Shreya brings her financial expertise and commitment to creating meaningful impact in support of the organization’s mission to foster conversations around mental health and make them more accessible. She is also passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and finding meaningful ways to give back to her community.
