Flowers have started to emerge in the Hope Garden outside the Town Center Building.
Last October, Bedford Youth and Family Services teamed up with Emerson Hospital and the Yellow Tulip Project to dig the plots and plant the bulbs for this new garden on Oct. 28.
The Project’s mission is to eliminate the stigmas surrounding mental illness. Yellow tulips are a sign of hope and when communities come together, get their hands dirty planting a Hope Garden, and talk about mental illness, hope blooms.
