GOT HOPE? Hope Takes Action

What happens when hope takes action? Real change 💛

This week, our youth leaders are sharing the moments from Yellow Tulip Project events that changed everything – the conversations that broke through barriers, the stories that made someone feel less alone, the connections that turned strangers into community.

When we create spaces for people to share their mental health stories, stigma breaks down and community builds up. Suddenly, people realize they’re not alone 🌷

As we enter the final week of Suicide Prevention Month and our Got Hope 2025 campaign, we’re reminded that hope isn’t passive – it’s built through action. Every tulip planted, every table set up, every story shared is a step toward the change our communities need.

This is how we lead the way. This is how hope happens 🌟
