GOT HOPE? Hope is Shared
Hope grows when we share it 💛
This week we’re exploring how Hope Is Shared through the conversations that matter, the friends who show up, and finding your voice when it feels hard to speak up.
Our student leaders are opening up about their mental health journeys and sharing why it’s so important to smash the stigma surrounding mental health.
As one leader puts it: “Sometimes when we’re going through something we might think that we’re the only people going through it and so if we see someone sharing their story…that might push us to get help.”
Often the most powerful thing we can do is simply say “me too” or “you’re not alone.” When we share our stories, we create space for others to do the same 🌟
