GOT HOPE? 2026 Advice For Those Struggling

Sometimes a few words can remind someone they’re not alone.

Over the last month, we’ve heard countless reminders that hope is real—in the things that keep us going, the ways we care for ourselves, and the wisdom we gain along the way.

This week, we asked members of the YTP community one final question:

What would you say to someone who is struggling?

Their answers are a reminder of something at the very heart of The Yellow Tulip Project: we don’t have to have all the answers to show up for one another. Sometimes listening, reaching out, or simply reminding someone that they matter can make a meaningful difference.

Now it’s your turn: What message of hope would you share with someone who needs it today?

Share your words, check in with someone you care about, or simply remind someone that they don’t have to navigate the hard days alone.

The Next 10 Starts Now

Ten years ago, YTP began with a belief that hope happens when people show up for one another. Today, because of this incredible community, that belief continues to grow.

As we close out Got Hope? 2026, we’re so close to reaching our $25,000 goal. Every donation helps us carry this work forward—creating more opportunities for young people to connect, share their stories, and have open conversations about mental health.

Thank you for sharing, donating, starting conversations, and choosing hope alongside us.

Help us finish strong and carry hope into the next 10 years.
