IN PERSON: Tulip Planting at Pratt Institute
Join Pratt’s Yellow Tulip Project Ambassadors on October 8, 2025, for an afternoon of planting hope in honor of Global Mental Health Day. Together, we’ll dig deep, plant yellow tulip bulbs, and create a lasting symbol of resilience and community on campus.
Loads of tulip bulbs ready to be planted! We will write something that makes us hopeful on a popsicle stick, and tuck the notes and bulbs into the soil. In the spring, they will bloom into a sea of yellow. Come and spend a chill afternoon outside with friends, have some snacks, and plant tulips together. In a few months we’ll see those bright flowers return. Free snacks and beverages will be provided!
Location: Pratt Institute, Willoughby Hall, Willoughby Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11205. It will take place at the Willoughby Garden Beds between Willoughby hall and Myrtle hall.
